To exchange your costume for another size:
1. Complete the form below to let us know you would like to make an exchange within 5 days of receiving your costume. 2. Purchase an Exchange Ticket for $19.95. Print out a receipt after purchasing. 3. Drop off your complete, original unaltered costume, including all accessories, plus your Exchange Ticket receipt to your studio's front desk. The costume must be dropped off at your studio before the replacement costume is ordered.Upon receipt of payment, TheCostumeFairy.net will contact the manufacturer and confirm that the desired size is available and can arrive in time for your performance. If an exchange is not possible in time for your performance, TheCostumeFairy.net will refund your Exchange Ticket cost. |
